Do Party Poofer inflatables come with accessories?
Yes, each inflatable comes with all necessary accessories, including (1) fan blower, (4) ground stakes, (4) ropes with tethers, (2) water bags for stabilization, and (1) mesh storage bag.
Can I purchase replacement parts or accessories separately?
If any additional accessories are required, please reach out through the contact us form and they will be sent free of charge.
Can Party Poofer inflatables be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes, our Poofers are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They are constructed with high-quality material, waterproof 210T polyester, and durable high-strength stitching that can withstand various weather conditions.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes we do! Depending on your type of delivery location, please select from the available expedited shipping option(s) during your checkout process.
How can I track my order once it's shipped?

Are Party Poofer inflatables safe to use?
Absolutely! Our Poofers are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials and are thoroughly tested for safety. They comply with all applicable federal and state level safety standards. Third Party Testing completed by Intertek Group PLC in November 2023.
Can I customize Party Poofer inflatable?
We currently do not offer customization; however, please subscribe to our email notifications at the bottom of the page to be the first to know!
How do I care for and clean my Poofer?
Cleaning is simple! Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the Poofer.
What is the return policy on my Party Poofer inflatable?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Party Poofer purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition. You won't incur any return shipping costs within the 30-day window. Refunds are typically processed within approximately five business days.
